Robots for humanity help around the House scratch your itch (video)

Robots for humanity? Certainly not with our view of the forthcoming cyborg Apocalypse jibe. And it should not, in the light of these joint efforts of noble goal is to support people with disabilities with daily household tasks, most of us take for granted. The project, a collaboration between Willow garage and Georgia Tech healthcare Robotics lab works with the stroke victim of Henry Evans, to develop custom user interfaces, the his mastery of the man-supporting PR2 robot type. This custom, have allowed the mute quadriplegic head-tracking interfaces, sometimes shave his face and even scratch a previously unreachable ten year itch-all with the helping cGesetz the friendly bot. It is a compassionate use of cybernetic tech, which we are accustomed to see, come from Japan and welcome to assist for disabled communities everywhere.
