Apple wants patent for 3D and ' physics metaphor ' gesture controls

Deep in the sluggish bowels of the USPTO is a folder full of Apple patent applications especially for gesture controls. A few were made more pages only public of this growing Tome, and the concepts are dug out certainly thought tuning. The first a proximity sensor in addition to the touch panel includes the use of gestures in 3D to register. For example, you could mark the corners of a triangle on the screen to three fingers and then "drag" and pinching to create a pyramid for use in a CAD application. The second idea includes gestures based on intuitive "Physics metaphors", are recognized with motion sensors. Instead of navigation, the user could so you organize the files you want on the phone screen menus to start a file transfer between an iPhone and iPad and then pretend "they casting on Tablet-an idea that reminds pretty funky project Blox". Make Oh, we just Cupertino Attorney twitch?
