There are a few other DSL providers also internet in the country, but many people still prefer the PTCL services. However, PTCL internet services in many areas are not loving it as internet speed is too low even you are on the connection of 4 or 8 MB. These are the reasons.

I, then called the Manager DSL of Exchange, he told me that they gave me 2 MB connection because the port of 8 MB connection was not available, however they will change my connection to the port of 8 MB as soon as possible. After 3-4 days, I've moved to a 8 MB connection. You should ask your manager exchange DSL if you are on the correct port for the actual speed, as described in your package. Filed in: Pakistan
